Let me say I love you.

If I was granted some time from God to where I could talk without having anything effect me (emotions, people, fear.) then I would say this:

Dear ____________,
We have had our past, but we still have the future.
You have stated that you desire somebody who is willing to place you number one (below God, but above everyone else.) in his life.
You have desired for somebody to say "I love you" and actually follow-through with it.
You have been yearning for that one person. That one person who will embrace you with unconditional love. Who isn't affected by his friends or family. Or pressures of this world.

I am here to proclaim --
We have had our past, but let me have a future -- with you.
Break down the walls of awkwardness and let me place you in that position in my life.
Many people say I love you, but let me prove to you that I can uphold that.
Let me prove to you we are compatible and that it would work.
What you yearn for, is what I yearn and pray to God for every day of my life.
I have come to the conclusion that I am willing to give up parts of my life in order to be with you. The parts of my life that are on the chopping block are the ones that aren't healthy and that are holding me back. I would give up anything. in a second; for you.
Let me share this life with you.
Let me help you carry the baggage that is with you.
Let me carry you.
Let me cherish and protect your heart.
