Well, here I am. (I forgot about my blog again, but here I go!)
Since the layoff back in January, I have definitely been ready for what is to happen on Monday. I leave for the airport on Monday morning at 5. I probably will have a breakfast with my boy Jesse before I depart. I then will fly to Birmingham, AL and train for the summer in one week. I will also be meeting with my team and the other teams in the area. From Birmingham, I will drive to my site in Carthage, TX. I will then spend a couple weeks setting up my site and then will go to Missouri to work at a site for a week. Then it's back to Carthage for the rest of the summer to do ministry. I truly am excited. I can't wait.
